On Call Hours
Your Family Health Organization is continuing to offer you a combined in-person and virtual clinic for same day urgent care Monday-Thursday evenings 5pm-8pm, and 9am-3pm on Saturdays.
You are require you to call our office before 5 pm to book a time to be seen, be it to request a virtual, or in person, visit. If calling to try and book a visit after 5 pm, or on Saturdays, please call:

You need to call because the after hour clinic is not always at our location.
During the call, you will be told which of our three family practice clinic locations is hosting the urgent clinic that day
Bloom: #890, 151 Bloor Street West
Bellair: #900, 1240 Bay Street
Our clinic: South facing ground Floor Entrance, corner of Charles and St. Thomas Street
In Person Appointments
Please bring a mask, as you might be required to wear a mask for your visit.
Our in person policy is such that anyone coming into the office must have a pre-booked appointment with their doctor or the nurse and must have been screened ahead of time, as we do not offer walk in appointments. If you would like to come in to pick up a requisition, please call and schedule this with the front desk.
Family Health Organization (FHO)
Your FHO is a group of 12 family physicians working together to give you and your family the best access to personalized and quality care.
For FHOs to be effective, enrolled patients must commit to receiving their primary health care Monday to Friday from their primary physician or, if she is not available, from another physician in the FHO.
Bloom Family Practice consists of Drs. Gupta, Hasham, Hooper, Kassam, & Lee
Bellair Family Practice consists of Drs. Karlinsky, Anderson & Pearl.
Bay Charles Medical consists of Drs. Culligan, Rubin, Andrews, Liu and Rubino
